When you contact me through the Framer contact form or by email, I receive the information you provide, including your name, email address, message and any details you share about your business or project.

If we work together, I may also process your billing details, project materials, correspondence and payment status.

Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request. Other information is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information or identifiable health information about your clients in an initial enquiry.

Service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver, maintain and secure their services.

Purposes and legal bases

Your information is used for the following purposes:

  • Responding to project enquiries and preparing proposals: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

  • Delivering and managing an agreed project: performing our contract.

  • Keeping records required by law: complying with legal obligations.

  • Handling other correspondence, protecting the website and defending legal rights: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.

Your information is not sold or added to a marketing mailing list as a result of submitting an enquiry.

Service providers

I use the following services:

  • Framer for website hosting, contact forms and built-in website analytics.

  • Gmail, provided by Google, for email correspondence.

  • Stripe for payment processing.

These providers receive or process information necessary for their respective services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Payments

Payment details entered through Stripe are collected and processed by Stripe. I do not receive your full payment card number or security code.

I may receive payment confirmations, billing information and limited transaction details needed to manage your project and accounting records.

Stripe also processes certain information for its own legal, security and fraud-prevention purposes, as explained in its privacy policy.

International data transfers

Framer, Google and Stripe may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Their published policies describe the safeguards used for these transfers, including applicable adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of our last exchange.

Client information is kept while needed to deliver and manage the project. Afterwards, only information necessary to meet legal retention requirements or establish, exercise or defend legal claims is retained for the applicable periods.

Records retained for these purposes are not used for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Framer’s built-in analytics to understand website traffic. According to Framer, this tool provides anonymous statistics without using cookies or persistent identifiers.

I do not add advertising cookies or marketing trackers to this website.

The payment services operated by Stripe may use technologies necessary to provide and secure payments. Details are available in Stripe’s privacy and cookie policies.

Your rights

Under the applicable data protection rules, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information or deletion where the conditions for deletion are met.

You may also request restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where applicable.

If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
