Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms explain how we work together, including project scope, payments, delivery and optional maintenance.

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to landing page creation and optional maintenance services supplied by Salomon Houessou EI, trading as Salomon Web Studio.

Address: 42 rue Ernest Renan, 29100 Douarnenez, France.
SIRET: 108 763 194 00017.
Email: h.salomon.x@gmail.com.
Telephone: +33 7 63 80 05 09.

These services are intended for clients purchasing for their professional activities, including personal trainers based in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory protections applicable to a particular client remain unaffected.

The accepted written proposal specifies the project scope and any agreed exceptions to these terms.

2. Landing page package

The standard creation fee is €500.

The package includes:

  • One landing page built in Framer.

  • Visual design and copywriting based on the client’s business and materials.

  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.

  • An enquiry form and a link or redirect to the client’s Calendly booking page.

  • Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.

  • Publication assistance and transfer to the client’s Framer account after full payment.

Additional pages, major changes of direction and features outside the agreed scope require a separate written quote accepted before the additional work begins.

A revision round means one consolidated list of requested changes. Correcting a failure to meet the agreed specifications does not count as an additional paid revision.

3. External subscriptions and taxes

The €500 creation fee does not include the Framer subscription, domain registration or paid third-party services, including any paid Calendly plan.

The client purchases and renews these services directly. Salomon Web Studio provides guidance with setup.

Prices are stated in euros. The applicable tax treatment and total payable are specified in the written proposal before acceptance. No additional tax or charge will be added without being disclosed before the order is accepted.

Any currency conversion fees charged by the client’s own bank or payment provider remain the client’s responsibility.

4. Ordering and payment

The project is confirmed when the client accepts the written proposal and these terms and pays the initial instalment.

Payment is split as follows:

  • €250 before work begins.

  • €250 after the agreed deliverables are ready for review and any required corrections within scope have been completed, and before final transfer.

The initial payment is an advance against the total project price, not a separate fee.

Payments are processed through Stripe. No early-payment discount applies.

The client can review the landing page before paying the balance. Final transfer takes place after cleared payment of the full amount.

5. Client materials and responsibilities

The client provides the information and materials needed for the project, including their offer, target audience, preferred wording, photographs, logo, testimonials and Calendly link.

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use the supplied materials, including identifiable photographs and testimonials.

The client reviews and approves the accuracy of their business information, claims and final content before publication.

Legal drafting and a legal compliance audit of the client’s website are not included in the standard package.

6. Timeline and client delays

The usual production timeframe is 5–7 calendar days after receipt of the initial payment and all materials necessary to complete the agreed scope. The project schedule is confirmed in writing.

Time spent waiting for client materials, feedback or approval is excluded from this timeframe. Changes to scope may require a revised schedule agreed in writing.

If content is missing, work may proceed on sections that can reasonably be completed. The remaining work is paused until the required materials are received, and a revised completion date is communicated.

If Salomon Web Studio anticipates a delay, the client will be informed promptly.

7. Delivery and usage rights

After full payment, the project is transferred to the client’s Framer account. The client is responsible for maintaining their subscriptions and account access.

For original deliverables created specifically for the project, the fee includes a worldwide licence, for the duration of the applicable intellectual property rights, to publish, reproduce, display and modify the delivered landing page for the client’s business, including through another service provider.

Third-party assets and tools remain subject to their own licences. No exclusive ownership of third-party templates, fonts, images or software is transferred.

Salomon Web Studio will not add a studio signature or display the client’s project in its portfolio without separate permission.

8. Cancellation

A client wishing to cancel should email h.salomon.x@gmail.com.

Salomon Web Studio will provide an itemised statement of work completed and any previously approved, non-recoverable external costs. Amounts payable will reflect the work actually performed and will not include unperformed work or unapproved extras.

Payments already received will be credited against this statement. Any excess will be refunded within 14 calendar days of the cancellation settlement being agreed.

If Salomon Web Studio cancels for reasons not attributable to the client, payments for undelivered or unusable work will be refunded. This does not restrict any additional remedies available under applicable law.

9. Optional monthly maintenance

Maintenance costs €25 per month and is separate from the creation fee.

The subscription includes:

  • One consolidated content update request per monthly billing period.

  • Performance checks.

  • Priority support.

The total time available for all included maintenance activities is limited to four hours per monthly billing period.

Content updates cover changes to existing text, images and links. New pages, redesigns and new functionality require a separate quote.

Unused hours and unused requests do not carry over. Work beyond the monthly allowance requires the client’s approval of a separate quote before it begins.

Priority support does not mean 24/7 availability or a guaranteed immediate response. Performance checks do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular speed score.

10. Maintenance renewal and cancellation

Maintenance is optional and begins only after explicit subscription acceptance. It is billed monthly in advance and renews monthly until cancelled.

There is no minimum commitment.

The client may cancel at any time by emailing h.salomon.x@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with no further renewal.

The service remains available until that date. Cancellation does not normally result in a partial refund for the current period, without prejudice to rights arising from non-performance or applicable law.

Cancelling maintenance does not cancel the client’s Framer subscription or domain registration and does not remove the transferred website.

11. Late payment

Where French business-to-business late-payment rules apply, overdue sums accrue interest from the day after the invoice due date, without a reminder, at the European Central Bank refinancing rate applicable on 1 January or 1 July of the relevant half-year, plus 10 percentage points.

A fixed recovery fee of €40 per overdue invoice also applies where legally applicable. Additional justified recovery costs may be claimed where permitted by law.

After written notice, work or maintenance affected by non-payment may be suspended until payment is received. The client will be informed of any resulting schedule changes.

12. Responsibility and third-party services

Salomon Web Studio is responsible for performing the agreed services with reasonable care and skill.

The service does not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, sales or search engine rankings.

Framer, Calendly, domain registrars and payment providers operate under their own terms. Their outages or changes may affect the website; Salomon Web Studio remains responsible for its own work and contractual obligations.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Personal information

Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If a service requires access to personal data collected by the client, the parties will agree the necessary data processing arrangements before that access is provided.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules applicable to the client.

For any complaint, first contact h.salomon.x@gmail.com so that an amicable resolution can be sought. This does not prevent either party from exercising its legal rights.

If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules.

Changes to these terms do not retrospectively alter an accepted project or paid subscription period.
