Using this website
You may browse this website, explore the portfolio and contact me about a project. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to compromise its security, disrupt its operation or misuse its content.
Portfolio projects
Unless expressly stated otherwise, projects presented in this portfolio are fictional concepts created to demonstrate my design and development approach.
Names, testimonials, transformations and performance figures appearing within these concepts are illustrative. They are not verified client testimonials or evidence of results achieved by Salomon Web Studio.
Intellectual property
My original designs and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party photographs, fonts, logos, templates and other assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences.
Displaying these materials does not grant permission to copy, redistribute or commercially reuse them without the necessary authorisation.
Project services and payments
Before a paid project begins, a written proposal or agreement sets out the deliverables, fixed price, payment schedule, estimated timeline, included revisions and usage rights.
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a purchase. Payments may be processed through Stripe according to the terms agreed for your project.
These website terms do not replace the project agreement or applicable terms of sale.
External links
This website may contain links to demonstration websites and third-party services. Their content and operation are outside my control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability and results
I aim to keep this website accurate and accessible, but errors and temporary interruptions may occur.
Design examples and descriptions do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, bookings, sales or other business results.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website or services. The date above indicates the latest revision.
